Welcome to the registration page for the 47th IEEE Real-Time Systems Symposium (RTSS 2026). Please review the information below regarding registration fees, author policies, visa requests, and cancellation policies before completing your registration.

2. What is Included in Your Registration
- In-Person Conference Registration (Author & Non-Author): Includes admission for all presenting authors and general attendees, full access to all conference days with workshops and tutorials, complimentary refreshments during breaks, daily lunch, a welcome reception, and the conference banquet.
- Workshop / Hot Topics Day Registration (Author & Non-Author): Grants access exclusively to the designated workshop day (December 8, 2026) of the conference, with breaks and lunch included. Note: Does not include conference banquet admission.
3. Important Author Information & Policies
- Paper Support Requirement: Each accepted main conference paper and each Brief Presentations Track contribution must be supported by a conference registration of at least one of its authors at the corresponding member or non-member rate.
- Coverage Limits: A single registration (member or non-member) may be used to support either one main conference paper and additionally at most one Brief Presentations Track contribution, or two Brief Presentations Track contributions.
- In-Person Presentation: At least one author of each paper is expected to attend the conference in person and present the paper.
- RTSS@Work & WaP Presenters: Presenters of RTSS@Work or Work-already-Published (WaP) papers can register under the In-Person Conference Registration (Author or Non-Author) categories at any applicable rate, including the student rate.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the following email address: rtss2026@kadinche.com.
- No refund requests will be accepted for the sole registration associated with a Paper ID.
- If a refund request is submitted by November 8, 2026, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of JPY 16,000.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason on or after November 9, 2026.
5. Visa Invitation Letters
- Information regarding visa applications and support will be included in the acceptance notification and posted on the official RTSS 2026 website.
- If you would like a personalized invitation that includes additional information (such as passport details), please note this in the “Additional comments” section of the application form.
