Before submitting your manuscript for review, please ensure that you are fully aware of and fully comply with all of the following rules:
Originality
Papers submitted to RTSS 2026 must describe original work not previously published or concurrently submitted elsewhere. Papers based on previous work presented at workshops are eligible for submission—if the workshop paper has a digital object identifier (DOI), then the submission must contain at least 30% new material.
Anonymity
All submitted papers must comply with the TCRTS Double-Anonymous Submission Requirements. For further information, see also the TCRTS’s Double-Anonymous Policy FAQ.
Presentation Requirement
Each accepted paper must be presented by an author at the conference in person if at all possible. Papers that are not presented at the conference will not appear in the published proceedings. Pre-recorded video presentations are not permitted.
Formatting Rules
Submissions must be formatted according to IEEE conference paper guidelines and use the IEEE conference template.
The main body of each submitted paper is limited to 11 pages of technical content, with additional pages permitted for acknowledgements and bibliography only. Final versions of accepted papers will be limited to 12 pages of technical content, with additional pages permitted for acknowledgements and bibliography only.
Supplementary Materials
The official paper submission form (see below) provides a field to upload arbitrary supplementary materials and research artifacts such as source code, mechanized proofs, data sets, formal models, short demo videos, etc (up to 600 MB, as a ZIP archive). Use this option to provide additional materials to reviewers rather than linking to repositories on GitHub or elsewhere.
Note that all provided materials must comply fully with the double-anonymous reviewing policy and hence must not give away author identities or affiliations. Submitted supplementary materials are available to reviewers during the review process, but will not be published afterwards. Authors retain full control over when and how to publish their research artifacts (if at all) after acceptance of their paper.
The option to upload supplementary materials is intended to allow authors to provide additional technical materials and/or supporting media. It is not an invitation to submit an arbitrary-length appendix and should not be used in an attempt to circumvent the page limit. The PC chair reserves the right to remove any materials deemed inappropriate under this policy.
Reviewers are encouraged to consult supplemental materials, but are under no obligation to do so.
Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Generated Text
All papers must comply with the IEEE rules on AI-generated text and with the IEEE TCRTS Transparency policy.
