The IEEE Real-Time Systems Symposium (RTSS) is the premier international conference dedicated to systems with timing requirements. RTSS 2026 will be held in December 2026 at Yokohama Symphostage, Minatomirai, Yokohama, Japan, gathering approximately 100 – 150 researchers and engineers from universities, applied research institutes, and industry — across real-time systems, embedded systems, autonomous robotics, and automotive / cyber-physical computing.

1. Platinum — Main Conference Sponsor · JPY 1,000,000 (Up to 3 companies)
The RTSS main conference track is highly selective and presents the best of the cutting-edge research in real-time systems. Platinum sponsors are associated with this prestigious track throughout the event. This tier is limited to three (3) companies.
- Lunch presentation slot at the main conference — a dedicated speaking opportunity to all attendees during a main-conference lunch session
- Name and logo on the RTSS 2026 website, printed program, and main conference room signage
- Name and logo announcement during opening and closing sessions
- Premium standing booth in the foyer for all three conference days (table, signage space, power outlet)
- Demo booth at the banquet venue, subject to venue space agreements
- Poster in the conference room throughout the event
- Distribution of recruitment materials, company brochures, and company goods from the booth
- Two (2) complimentary conference registrations
2. Gold — Brief Presentation / Industry Session Sponsor · JPY 500,000
RTSS has a history of Brief Presentation (BP) sessions, where researchers present industry-relevant experience, ongoing work, published but not previously presented papers, and demos. The Industry Session (IS) is a discussion slot for industry members on a topic relevant to the research community.
Gold sponsors receive a two-layer booth presence:
- Standing booth in the main foyer throughout all three conference days (table, signage space, power outlet) — always visible to attendees during breaks and transitions.
- Dedicated demo booth during the BP / IS session — an enhanced demo space during the sponsor’s corresponding session, allowing live technology demonstrations and direct engagement with attendees.
In addition:
- Name and logo on the RTSS 2026 website, in the printed program, and announced during the corresponding BP / IS session
- Poster in the poster session
- Distribution of recruitment brochures, company materials, and company goods at the standing booth (ideal for companies using recruitment / 採用 budget lines)
- One (1) complimentary conference registration
Pricing note for 2026: the Gold fee has been set at 500,000 JPY to align with typical Japanese industry sponsorship / recruitment budget allocations, while retaining the full benefits of the BP / IS sponsorship from previous years.
3. Silver — Awards Sponsor · JPY 400,000 (Exclusive — one company only)
The Silver Awards Sponsorship supports the Best Paper Award and Outstanding Paper Award, based on selection by the Awards Committee. This is an exclusive sponsorship limited to one company.
- Name and logo announced during the RTSS Awards Ceremony and at the opening / closing sessions
- Name and logo on the RTSS 2026 website and in the printed program
- Recognition plaque presented during the awards ceremony
4. Bronze — Name & Logo Sponsor · JPY 200,000 (new for 2026)
A lightweight sponsorship for organizations that wish to support RTSS 2026 and have their name and logo associated with the conference, without requiring booth space or on-site presence. Ideal for companies or research groups with a modest outreach budget.

- Name and logo in the printed conference program
- Name listed in the acknowledgments during the opening and closing sessions
No booth, no demo space, and no complimentary registration are included in this tier.
Process & Timeline
- Sponsor confirms the tier and contact person by e-mail to sponsor@rtss2026.org.
- RTSS 2026 Secretariat (PCO) issues a sponsorship agreement and a qualified invoice in JPY.
- Logo and company description are submitted before the published deadlines (website and program book).
- On-site logistics (booth setup, session slot, banquet access) are coordinated directly with the PCO.
